My poor little toddler. He’s absolutely miserable with these teeth. Currently he has 2 top and 2 bottom. He just cut his upper molars, that was an adventure. ha! it was NOTHING compared to these eye teeth. Seriously? Where’s my sweet baby!? He’s sweaty, hot and just doesn’t want to do anything. I made up the couch for him and he loved it.
ah….6 down….way too many teeth to go!
Memere’ came to visit us this August. We had a wonderful time and we were all very excited to see some family from Maine! Alec really enjoyed Memere’s company, especially when they went on their daily walks. We also went to Ocean City MD, Alec’s first offical trip to a beach on the ocean. Things went well for about 2 hours, then he had a huge meltdown and we left. We think that maybe he had too much sun and heat. We also paid a visit to the National Arboretum in DC. We have been butting heads with Alec about veggies lately so mommy decided to puree’ cawliflower, brocolli, and carrots then mix it with spaghetti sauce! Alec didn’t know the difference and he gobbled it all up. He even used his fork during the entire meal! Yay! Notice the carrots on the side…..he never ate them! grrr! Enjoy the video….
For Father’s Day Alec created his very first “Masterpiece” for daddy. Mommy had it framed for him. Today Alec created a 2nd drawing that is now hanging on our cabinet! Here’s a video of Alec hard at work with markers and crayons. Listen for his new word “Uh Oh!” It’s cute!

This evening we reached a milestone! Alec took out his Fisher Price Bird Bath and started to sort the shapes. He started with the star and after many tries he succeed. He was so proud of himself! Please enjoy the following picture and video!
Giggle boy had a lot of fun dog sitting for the past ten days or so. Cookie Dough the silly little dog and Alec had a blast every time they were allowed to play together. Wanna see?
